Carefully structured and held by our Personal Trainers, R3 HIT classes give you a no-nonsense, time-efficient way to ace your workout!

What is HIT?

HIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) involves alternating between short periods of rigorous exercise with periods of low-intensity recovery periods. Research has shown that even though it’s a shorter workout, this approach to training can produce as much as double the benefits to moderate exercise.

Because it’s so efficient, HIT classes are the ideal workout for those with a busy schedule who can’t commit to training several hours in the middle of the day. Our HIT classes are perfect both for fitness fanatics looking for an intense workout and those just starting to build their fitness, as our instructors can provide alternate options to suit you!

Plus, because our classes are semi-private (we limit each class to a small group of a maximum of four), you can train safely in the knowledge that you’ll be getting the most out of our coaches, allowing you to focus more on technique, safety and most of all – having fun!

Terms & Conditions:
  1. Each class is 45 minutes in duration and advance booking is required.
  2. No shows, unused classes, and cancellations with less than a 24-hour notice period all result in the session being forfeited.
  3. 10 Class Pass Expiration Date: 3 months from first use.
  4. Must arrive on time for class. Latecomers will not be permitted.
  5. No eating chocolate while working out.
